Company History
Cardinal Services, LLC
was founded in 2012 through the acquisition of Vesco Rental & Supply, LLC, now Vesco Rental & Pressure Control, LLC, which was established in 1996, primarily as a flowback equipment rental provider. Vesco added pressure control equipment and operators for both cased-hole and open-hole operations to its fleet in 2012, along with 60- and 80-Ton over-the-road cranes and operators.
Cardinal Coil Tubing
became operational shortly after the formation of Cardinal Services, with two land-based CT units. In 2013, we expanded into the offshore realm serving the shallow and deepwater regions of the Gulf of Mexico. In 2018, we expanded into the Permian region with large ID, high capacity land coil units and related equipment.
Cardinal Slickline
followed Cardinal Coil Tubing and added a fleet of offshore and land-based slickline units capable of running standard wire, alloy, and braided lines. In addition, Cardinal has since added combination slickline/e-line units to the offshore fleet, allowing for the production of data from caliper surveys, production logs, and camera surveys in both real-time and memory formats.
