As District Engineer, Allen is responsible for planning, modeling, operational procedures, and BSEE permit submittals. Allen began his career as a Supervisor Helper for Otis Engineering in 1989, and spent 10 years with Haliburton Coiled Tubing as a Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Service Leader. Prior to joining Cardinal in 2013, Allen spent 11 years with Coil Tubing Services, through its acquisition by WH Energy, Smith International, and Schlumberger, in various leadership positions.
Mike joined the Cardinal team in 2013 as Maintenance Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance with our stringent maintenance plan. Prior to 1999, Mike held various maintenance and mechanic related positions for companies such as Ambar Production Service, BJ Coiltech, Dowell/Schlumberger, Waste Management, and Freeport McMoran. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mike served as Mechanic/Purchaser from 1999 to 2013 for Coil Tubing Services through its acquisitions by WH Energy/Smith International/Schlumberger. With Mike’s 30 years’ experience in the maintenance realm, we feel confident that our equipment is maintained to the highest of standards.
Justin joined Cardinal in 2014, coming from Cetco Energy Services where he served as Field Engineer for 3 years. His primary responsibilities are assisting the District Engineer with planning, modeling, logistics, and permit submittals.
