Vesco history dates to 1997, when the company entered the flowback rental market. In 2012, Vesco added product lines to its rental fleet, including pressure control equipment with and without operators and over-the-road cranes. We operate in the Shallow and Deepwater areas of the Gulf of Mexico and US Land markets. Todd joined the Cardinal group in 2012, transforming a company primarily engaged in flowback rentals into what Vesco is today. Todd came to Cardinal from Oil States Energy Services, where he served in various management positions from 1999 to 2012. Prior to Oil States, Todd served as District Manager for C&H Rental Tools in Houma, LA, which was acquired by STS, subsequently acquired by Oil States Energy Services.
While serving with the Louisiana Army National Guard, Costa began his career in the oilfield services industry in 1991 as a Roughneck for Mallard Bay Drilling. From 1991 through 2012, he served in various capacities for several oilfield service companies, most recently with Oil States Energy Services, including Field Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor, Derrickman, Mechanic, and Roughneck, along with inland-based shop/support roles. Costa joined Vesco in 2012 and was instrumental in transforming the company from primarily a flow-back rental company to the service organization it is today.
